Welcome to McLean Fitness & Performance. By purchasing or participating in any coaching services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

## 1. SERVICES PROVIDED

McLean Fitness & Performance provides personal training, performance coaching, hybrid coaching (combination of in-person and remote programming), and fitness-related services.

All services are intended for general fitness, health, and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

## 2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge that participation in physical exercise and training programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or adverse health events.

By engaging in services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

## 3. LIABILITY WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless McLean Fitness & Performance, its owner, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in any training or coaching services.

## 4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You agree to:

- Disclose all relevant health conditions, injuries, and medications prior to participation

- Inform the coach of any changes in health status

- Follow instructions provided during sessions and programming

Failure to disclose relevant information releases McLean Fitness & Performance from responsibility for resulting injuries or outcomes.

## 5. PAYMENT TERMS

All services must be paid in full prior to participation.

### Memberships:

- Memberships are billed monthly

- Payment is due on a recurring basis based on your selected plan

- By enrolling, you authorize automatic billing

### Hybrid Coaching:

- Monthly payments are required in advance

- Access to programming and coaching begins upon payment

### Drop-In Sessions:

- Payment is required at time of booking

## 6. NO REFUNDS

All purchases are non-refundable.

This includes:

- Memberships

- Hybrid coaching services

- Drop-in sessions

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of McLean Fitness & Performance.

## 7. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session

- Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged in full

- Repeated late cancellations may result in termination of services

## 8. SESSION USAGE & EXPIRATION

- All sessions must be used within the active billing cycle

- Sessions do not roll over unless otherwise stated

- Unused sessions are forfeited at the end of the cycle

## 9. REFERRAL INCENTIVES

Referral rewards (such as complimentary sessions) are offered at the discretion of McLean Fitness & Performance and are only granted once a referred client successfully enrolls and completes payment.

Referral credits:

- Have no cash value

- Must be used within a specified time frame

- Are non-transferable

## 10. COMMUNICATION POLICY

Clients can expect responses to messages within 24–48 hours during business days.

Coaching communication is intended for support, guidance, and accountability, and does not replace scheduled sessions.

## 11. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

McLean Fitness & Performance reserves the right to terminate services at any time if:

- Terms are violated

- Payment is not received

- Behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe

## 12. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, consistency, and external factors beyond the control of the coach.

## 13. PRIVACY

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for communication, scheduling, and service delivery.

## 14. AGREEMENT

By purchasing or participating in services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
